
Hooray! We are finally about to start the Summer season which means the days are getting longer, the weather is getting warmer and it’s time to par-tay!
At Cruisen Cocktails we love the Summer period because it’s all about being outdoors and having fun with your mates, living our quintessential Aussie lifestyle.
So that means cocktails are in order to help you keep your cool and to get the party started!
Below we share our favourite Summer Cocktail recipes;
PEACH PASH
Martini Glass
30ml Vodka
15ml Peach schnapps
15ml Cointreau
30ml Pineapple juice
30ml Apple juice
10 ml Passion fruit pulp
Add all ingredients to shaker over ice. Shake well then strain into martini glass.
SEABREEZE
Highball Glass
45ml Vodka
120ml Cranberry juice
30ml Grapefruit juice
Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange slice.
MOJITO
Highball Glass
30ml Bacardi Rum
20ml Sugar syrup
1 Lime cut into wedges
8 mint leaves
Soda water
In a highball glass muddle lime, mint, sugar syrup and Bacardi Rum. Add ice then top with soda water.
MOSCOW MULE
Highball Glass
45ml Vodka
120ml Ginger beer
5ml Lime juice, fresh
1 slice lime in a highball glass
Combine the vodka and ginger beer. Add lime juice. Garnish with a lime slice.
PINA COLADA
Hurricane Glass
45ml Bacardi
15ml Malibu
30ml Coconut Cream
120ml Pineapple juice
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker or blender with ice if you would like the frozen version. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish pineapple slice.
